Founded by John K. Chavez, a Texas-licensed HVAC contractor with over 40 years of industry experience, hvacMENSCH combines field knowledge with building science and system analysis. We help building owners, contractors, architects, manufacturers, and project teams understand existing conditions, evaluate options, and make informed decisions.
For services include HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, duct design, ventilation planning, indoor air quality assessments, and investigations of temperature, humidity, airflow, and noise concerns. We consider how the building enclosure, mechanical systems, controls, and occupant needs interact to influence comfort and performance.
For commercial clients, services include system assessments, performance investigations, design support, equipment evaluation, controls review, commissioning support, and technical coordination.
